Viral music marketing for musicians is a topic for today’s musicians who hope to have a chance at breaking through all the other things competing for fan’s attention. If you think just having a MySpace page is all you need to do – a set it and forget it process- think again.

Marketing is telling other people about yourself and what you have to offer. Viral marketing is how to get OTHER people, i.e. your fans, to talk to their friends about you and what you have to offer. Musicians have an irresistible advantage over other “businesses” as what they have to offer can easily become viral.
